Customer Support For Evenings And Saturdays

With the rapid growth of the BBO Institute has come the rapid growth of the amount of support we need to provide to our customers.

Because we have strict rules for how quickly we get back to our customers, and because of the high number of requests to include evening and weekend support, we have decided to open another position for customer support.

Expected Hours

You will be expected to man the help desk full-time (roughly 38 hours a week). These hours will be:

Monday to Friday: 2pm to 8pm Eastern Time
Saturday: 10am to 6pm Eastern Time

However, there will probably be many times when the help desk is not busy enough to keep you working for all the time that you are available.

For this reason we do not have a problem if you work on your own business in between tickets. In fact, this leads us to how payment will be made:

Compensation

You will be compensated in two main ways:

1. Per Ticket Pay: $0.75 per ticket to start, with raises after working for 3 months

The "per ticket" pay rate was designed to allow you to be compensated for the work that you put in. If the help desk is busy you will make more per hour.

If it is not busy, then you can spend your free time building your own Internet business.

2. Free Training: Full access to all of Matthew Glanfield's products and services

This is probably the more valuable pay rate that you will be receiving. You will receive full access to all of Matthew Glanfield's products and services for free. These include (but are not limited to):

  • The BBO Traffic Formula ($497)
  • The BBO 12 Month Program ($2497)
  • Your Squeeze Page ($199.50 per year)
  • The Affiliate Marketing Formula ($47 per month)

The objective of this position is to help you build your Internet business (if you so desire) while delivering the highest level of support to our customers.

Necessary Skills

The following are essential for this position:

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Minimal experience with web programming (PHP)
  • Minimal web design experience (HTML, CSS)
  • Some experience with web hosting (cPanel)
  • Some Internet Marketing experience
