Now Hiring: JV Manager

Alright, it’s time for me to hire again, as my time is getting taken up too much by content creation for my new membership site BBO Traffic Club and my new video course at BBO Infinite Profits.

So here is the job posting. Please read all instructions carefully if you would like to be considered for the job.

JV MANAGER POSITION

Number of positions: 1
Number of hours per week estimated: 15-20

Responsibilities

You will be managing the affiliate programs and JV partners for most (if not all) of my products, services, and software.

You will be:

-creating affiliate content (emails, videos, etc.)
-working with my top level JV partners (setting up auto-responder swaps, teleseminars, product integration, etc.)
-recruiting new JV partners
-and more…

I will expect a weekly report on your activities.

Skills Needed

-HTML (at least an intermediate level)
-FTP
-Camtasia (you need to own the software as well at your own expense)
-PowerPoint (you need to own the software as well at your own expense)
-Copywriting (intermediate level)
-(optionally) Graphics Design

Compensation

You will be paid by commission only. You will receive 25% of the profits from JV partners and affiliates that you personally recruit or work with on the programs that you work with.

In other words, you will be paid the 25% for JV partners that:

-you recruit personally (as long as you are working for me as a JV manager)
-you work with that I already have recruited

You will only continue to receive 25% as long as you are my JV partner.

You will also receive access to all of my software and information products, for as long as you remain my JV manager. In addition, you will obviously have access to me and my JV rolodex for promotions of your own products.

How to Apply

To apply you will need to create a one-page website (it can be more pages, but I only need one). On the page you should have:

-your personal contact information
-a salesletter to convince me to hire you
-a camtasia video showing off your camtasia skills

    Please Mattew,I’d like you to answer teh following questions:
    1.Will the person be working as a virtual assistant?
    2.Will the eprson work on weekends as well?
    3.Is there any likelihood that teh commission rate will be increased,maybe depending on performance or some other factors?Also,are there any other fringe benefits apart from those listed above?

    1. Not really. They will be just working as a JV manager.

    2. That’s up to you. You can work whatever hours you like.

    3. I will most likely not increase the commission. I guess that any other benefits would be to be able to work with me to make a product or start your business, but that is all I can think of.

    Last year I paid out close to $200,000 in commissions, and that’s on average 50% commissions. If you do the math you could see a potential $50,000 per year income, although I can’t guarantee that.

    Hello Matthew.

    I have 2 people that work for me, we build sites etc.. some seo and would have no problem meeting your requirements. However we have not worked with camtasia, I am willing to get this and should not be a problem working with this software.

    Take a look at www.franchisegod.com, and our sales site at www.ny3.net to see the quality of work.

    My time as a salesman I believe can help you organization grow. I sold 3 million dollars in vending machines in just a 2 1/2 year period. So I am good at copy, human psychology, and closing the deal. I also can head a telemarketing department if you decide to add this to your sales arsenal, for I have produced hundreds of thousands of revenue just from the phone.

    I also have the ability with my team to work from 20 hours as you suggested to 45 hours or more if needed depending on the situation.

    I hope Camtasia will not get in the way.
