Over the past months you may have noticed some drastic changes to the way I have been doing business.

We have released several new products, hired more staff, and have basically been extremely busy providing to our customers.

But there is one thing that we have been lacking, and it has bothered me for the past little while.

The reason it bothers me so much is that it is probably what is most valuable to the majority of our readers.

What is it?

Content!

We have plenty of content in our products, plenty of support for purchasers, and plenty of bonuses for customers. However, there is still a lot that I could be teaching free of charge.

There is so much to learn that there is no way that I could create enough products and services to teach everything. That is why I promote other people’s products as well (also the motivation to make money is in there, but I still choose very carefully what I send out to you).

So here is what I am going to do. Starting today, I am going to start to post free training videos on this blog on a regular basis (hopefully at least once a week).

They will be completely free, no subscription required. All you do is come back here to the blog and watch them.

If you want to be notified when these videos are added, just fill out the subscription box in the top left hand corner of this blog.

I will be posting the first video today. For this week only I will notify everybody on all of my lists of new training videos here on the blog.

However, starting next week, only those that have registered for this blog or who are on my BBO Institute mailing lists (i.e. you get emails from - BBO Institute -) will be notified. This will help to unclutter your email inbox a little bit more.

Ok , we have something to talk about…

Last week I went on vacation. I gave my staff instructions to work on re-releasing Christine’s Deal at a $1 trial offer.

Well, they decided to go a little further than that…

That is insane!

The collection of products is literally worth thousands of dollars, and they thought it would be fair to only charge $9.95.

The problem with that price is that it just isn’t profitable enough for us to put any time into it.

So that is why I am going to be doubling the price this Wednesday.

If you want the $9.95 per month price (or the ridiculous $97 per year price), then you had better head over now. Otherwise, you’ll be paying a more reasonable price after this Wednesday.

And whatever price you get in at, you are locked in for as long as you continue paying, so you don’t have to worry about price increases.

At last count there were over 1000 articles (I overheard the programmers arguing about which category certain articles should go in-

Dan: “No! It should go in the category Beverages!”
Corrado: “Recipes!”
Dan: “Beverages!”

I don’t actually know what they settled on…but with 1000+ articles (and that is only the articles) they have their work cut out for them

So, lots more to come this week.

Matthew is away all this week with his wife on a well deserved vacation. And you know what they say… “When the cat is away, the mice will play!”

Well, the team and I here at the BBO Institute have been brainstorming all day long about what we want to do this week (besides work of course haha!), and we’ve decided that we don’t want to be the only ones having fun all week long…

So, we’ve come up with something special for you guys for every day this week.

And, we’re saving the biggest and the best for Friday. We are launching a brand new website- Matthew doesn’t know a thing about this. (Make sure you check in next Monday to see if we still have jobs…:)

I have found that January is one of the best and worst times for my business.

It is the best time because I am able to take the success that I had in 2006 and easily pull in more profits because of that.

Because of the work I did in 2006 I have built a customer list, a good sized opt-in list, several products, and a stronger business.

However, there is also a bad side to this - I have to be extra careful not to get complacent.

I found this happening to me the other day, when I realized that I really didn’t know what I needed to do that day. I had already planned out my strategies for the next 12 months, and yet I didn’t know what I needed to do that one day.

That’s when I realized that I was long overdue for the report that I had started three weeks back.

Actually, it’s more like an e-book, just written in “report” style.

I have called it “The 2007 Business Report.”

In this report I go over how I have built a strong affiliate marketing centered business in 2006, and how I am going to take that success and quickly grow into an even stronger business.

Actually, one of my goals is to have a million dollar business by 2008. That gives me one year to put everything in place.

Another one of my goals is to help you (my readers) to have the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary in order for you to do the same.

Perhaps a million dollar business sounds out of your reach (especially by 2008), but that’s not the point.

Our goal is not just to build a million dollar business, but to build towards a million dollar business.

My first year online (2005) resulted in close to $150,000 in revenue. In 2006 I more than doubled that (over $300,000).

This year I want to double it again.

However, this really means nothing for you and your business UNLESS I show you exactly what I am doing.

Of course, I can’t fit that all in one report, but I think that you will find this 26-page 100%-content e-book to be quite useful.
